1. Channel development and management: Responsible for recruiting, evaluating, selecting, signing contracts, and daily management of channel partners, building and optimizing channel networks.
2. Sales Strategy and Execution: Collaborate with the sales team to develop channel sales strategies and promotional plans, and drive the achievement of channel sales goals.
3. Market support and training: Provide marketing support, product knowledge training, and sales skills training to channel partners to enhance channel sales capabilities.
4. Channel relationship maintenance: Maintain good relationships with channel partners, communicate regularly, solve problems encountered by partners, and promote long-term cooperation.
5. Market information collection: Collect market information feedback from channels, including competitor dynamics, customer needs, etc., to provide a basis for company decision-making.
6. Performance evaluation and incentives: Regularly evaluate channel sales performance, design and implement channel incentive plans, and improve channel sales enthusiasm.
Requirements for the position of channel manager in the industrial visual inspection industry:
1. Educational background: Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in marketing, business management, electronic engineering or related fields.
2. Work experience: At least 3 years of channel management or related sales experience, with a background in the industrial visual inspection industry being preferred.
3. Channel management knowledge: Familiar with channel management processes, understand channel sales strategies and marketing methods.
4. Communication and coordination skills: Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to effectively manage multiple channel partners.
5. Business expansion ability: Possess strong business expansion awareness and ability, and can effectively explore new channel resources.
6. Analysis and planning skills: Possess market analysis and strategic planning abilities, and be able to adjust channel strategies according to market conditions.
